NEW LOCATION

Galena Roasters is delighted to announce the grand opening of the Galena Roasters Bistro, located in the newly renovated South Entrance of Midwest Medical Center. Starting September 3, 2024, this new location began serving as a warm and inviting space for both medical staff and the local community to enjoy a wide array of delicious beverages, pastries, and bistro-style food.

 

The Bistro will be open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The Bistro will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Whether you're in the mood for a morning coffee, a midday pick-me-up, or a satisfying lunch, the Galena Roasters Bistro has something to offer.

 

The menu features a variety of freshly made pastries including Caramel Almond, Greek Yogurt Cherry, and Spinach & Feta Danishes, as well as Almond Butter and Sweet Cream Cheese Croissants. We also have an assortment of donuts, muffins, and scones, with flavors like Blueberry, Chocolate Chip, and French Toast. All items are crafted with care and available at affordable prices.

 

In addition to our regular offerings, we're excited to introduce hot, freshly prepared paninis and other bistro-style food items, perfect for those looking for a quick, yet hearty meal on the go.
